Writing a review on a retailer site is a great way to share your feedback on a product. When making a submission for the Retail Review Sharing Tool, we require members to submit screenshots of their retail reviews to verify that their review is posted on the retailer site. It is very important that you mention in your review that you received a product for free!
Having difficulty taking a screenshot?
Here's some guidance for different devices:
Macs

Capture the Entire Screen:
- Press
Shift + Command + 3
. - The screenshot will be saved as a PNG file on your desktop.
- Press

Capture a Selected Portion:
- Press
Shift + Command + 4
. - Your cursor will turn into a crosshair. Click and drag to select the area you want to capture.
- The screenshot will be saved as a PNG file on your desktop.

Capture a Specific Window:
- Press
Shift + Command + 4
, then press theSpacebar
. - Your cursor will turn into a camera icon. Move it over the window you want to capture and click.

- Add the control key to any of the above commands, and the screenshot will be copied to your clipboard, instead of being saved as a file.
Laptops/Desktops - Windows

Capture the Entire Screen:

) key. - The screenshot will be copied to your clipboard. You'll need to paste it into an image editor (like Paint) to save it as a file.
- On some keyboards, you may have to press the function key (fn) and the print screen key.

Why is my photo not uploading?
We recommend that photos and screenshots meet the following requirements:
- No more than 800 pixels by 800 pixels
- Use .jpg, .png or .gif format only
- The file needs to be under 10mb
- Clearing your cache and cookies from your browser
- Using a different browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari)
